The restaurant’s structure, with acceptance in the drawing-room and the dining room with frescos on the walls of most famous artists, with air-conditioning, is particularly suitable for romantic dinners, events and for business dinners. In the summer time, instead, will be accommodated in the magnificent inside garden, an elegant frame in the heart of Trastevere.

Il nostro menù propone grandi classici della cucina romana come il cacio e pepe l’amatriciana o la carbonara. Accostandoli ad alcune interpretazioni dei prodotti del nostro territorio come i carciofi romaneschi alla Giudia con fonduta di Caciofiore o l’Hamburger di salsiccia di Monte San Biagio, o il crudo di Bassiano con bufala croccante, non mancano le rivisitazioni di alcune ricette tradizionali come il Tortino di coda alla Vaccinara, e la Trippa alla romana con salsa alla Mentuccia e scaglie di pecorino romano, oppure lo Stinco di Agnello a bassa temperatura o il millefoglie di porchetta e mozzarella con salsa alle pere spadone, un capitolo a parte merita il pesce: a seconda del pescato si propongono nuove ricette, si va dalla burrata con gamberi rossi alla variazione di alici e puntarelle, alle linguine ajo e ojo alla bottarga, o il saltimbocca di pescatrice. Anche i dessert come del resto tutti i nostri piatti seguono lo scorrere delle stagioni, gli ottimi ed originali sorbetti estivi. Si alternano con al Tiramisù rivisitato o al Cheese cake di stracchino di pecora e nocciole gentili con caramello alle olive di Gaeta, che a loro volta d’Inverno lasciano il passo a dessert come il millefoglie di Castagn , kumquat canditi e Frutta secca.

Chef Simone Panella Our menu offers great classics of the Roman cuisine such as “cacio e pepe”, “amatriciana” and “carbonara”, combining them with typical regional recipes for local produce, like the Roman Giudea artichokes with Caciofiore fondue or the Monte San Biagio sausage meat burger, or Bassiano ham with crispy Bufala mozzarella. We also offer a modern slant on some traditional recipes such the Tortino di coda alla Vaccinara (oxtail stew pie), the Trippa alla Romana (Roman tripe), with mint-like herb sauce and grated roman pecorino, or Lamb shank cooked at low temperature, or the “millefoglie di porchetta e mozzarella” (roast pork and mozzarella millefeuille) with Bartlett pear sauce. A different chapter is reserved for fish: depending on availability we offer new recipes, from the Burrata with red prawns to a variation of the “alici and puntarelle” (anchovy and wild chicory), the “ajo and ojo” linguini with bottarga, or the anglerfish “saltimbocca” (literally: jump in the mouth). Desserts, as all our other dishes, follow the rhythm of the seasons. The delicious and original summer sorbets alternate with a revised Tiramisù or a goat milk and gentle hazelnuts cheese cake with Gaeta olives caramel sauce, which , in winter, makes way for other desserts like the Chestnut millefeuille, candied kumquat and nuts.
